LC6

The table-top rests on a steel base unit which comes in black matte finish lacquer. Like the furniture designed in 1928, the basic idea is the distinction and contrast between the load-bearing element and the load borne upon it; in the particular case the relationship is seen in reverse. In Le Corbusier’s original design the four supporting studs control the level of the table-top; at the same time acting as a dividing element between the massive heavy base and slender rectangular top. LC6 is available with a clear glass top, a textured glass top, or a natural ash top. Please allow six weeks for delivery.
