Lead Times

Lead times are mandated by the individual manufacturers and are provided to give a general timeframe for delivery. Since many of our manufacturers are overseas and the nature of the product often requires custom work, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated on each individual product page. Often shipping is included with the cost of the item.

Sunset Settings' Return Policy

Returns are for store credit only. In addition, a non-negotiable 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been recieved, the non-negotiable 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
